If you can't make a class, please let us know at least 24 hours before the class start time, and we will refund you the class cost. If you are booked onto a class and miss it or cancel it with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the class. If you turn up late for a class and are not admitted, the cancellation policy will be applied.

We ask all yogis to arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts, to allow us all to settle in on time.

All phones should be turned off or set to silent during a class. Personal items are brought to class at your own risk, and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to such items.

Welcome to Yoga at Bullfrog - a new way to practice yoga in the heart of Bath. 

Discover more about each of our classes and instructors below, and book online...

**Yoga with Alice:**
A playful Vinyasa where you’ll explore a combination of traditional yoga postures and free flowing movement to get you feeling calm but energised.

**Yoga with Mark:**
A Hatha class suitable for all, focusing on strength flexibility and balance with an element of fun.
Tuesday 16:15 - Stretch and Recharge: 
Need a post sports or work stretch or some space and stillness? A slower calmer class with a focus on stretching and loosening any tightness, relaxing into and holding some poses with some gentle movement. This class may also be good for those returning to yoga practice or those who would like to try it. All welcome.
Wednesday 16:15 - Strength Balance and Flexibility:
Drawing on influences from Ashtanga and Hatha, we will move through practice, stretching, developing balance and proprioception as well as working on strength and moving towards some fun challenging postures and movements. All welcome.

**Yoga with Sonia:**
Sonia leads hatha vinyasa classes inspired by the practice and teachings of Talia Sutra, renowned yogi of modern times. 
These classes are challenging and deeply meditative, inviting stillness and calm to the mind, so that the yogi can, in time, not only strengthen and improve flexibility, but most importantly find new depths of peace within. 
Yogic tools and techniques will be explored in class including pranayama, bandha, and mudra. Open to everyone and every body, both new and seasoned practitioners alike can find joy in the practice, all that’s needed is listening to the sensations of the body and the willingness to play and explore. 

**Yoga with Lily:**
A faster paced vinyasa flow prioritising strength, flexibility and fluidity. Expect the class to be dynamic and functional; you can transfer your skills into other sports as well as improving recovery, mobility and posture. 
Detach from any external stressors and deep drive into your practice.  
This class will be your vital dose of self-compassion so take it at your own pace. All levels are welcome as alternative postures will always be provided.

**Yoga with Loretta:**
In these vinyasa flow classes we'll explore asanas and gently wake up the body to start the day feeling focused and grounded, and end with a brief meditation. 
Beginners are always welcome. Loretta's classes are focused on connecting to the body & developing internal wellbeing.

**Yoga with Emma:**
A gentle way to ease into the weekend, releasing tensions in the mind and the body, yet building some energy to start the day. 
These classes are suitable for all abilities and a perfect way to start your Saturday.

**Yoga with Kayleigh:**
Kayleigh is a passionate yogi specialising in Hatha yoga, committed to guiding students through a practice that is not only safe but also deeply fulfilling, helping you to experience the transformative power of yoga.
You can expect more than just a physical workout - prepare yourself for a journey that harmonies the mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling balanced and invigorated. Through a graceful flow of poses, we will cultivate strength, enhance flexibility, and unlock the true potential within you, as well as exploring various breathing techniques that hold the power to relax and energise you.
