A 90 minute flow led by Alice. This will include some pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation followed by asana (physical postures) designed to challenge you physically and mentally to help you discover the incredible benefits of yoga.

I really enjoyed the class with Alice, 1.5 hours is a nice length of time. It was helpful to have done yoga before as I don't think I would have kept up otherwise!

What a wonderful experience! As somebody new to yoga and in need of some relaxing me-time, the Yoga at Toniq session was just the job - challenging certainly, but also relaxing, invigorating and cleverly designed to suit all abilities.
