Katie found yoga in her 20s, after undergoing spinal surgery, and struggling with her mental health on and off for many years.
Incorporating a regular yoga practice gave her time to slow down, switch off her busy mind, and tune into her body and what it needed. Little did she know that the practice of yoga (the postures and the philosophy) would lead her to undergo training in practical spirituality and wellness, counselling, and most recently completing her 200hr Hatha Yoga Training.
