These classes are challenging and deeply meditative, inviting stillness and calm to the mind, so that the yogi can, in time, not only strengthen and improve flexibility, but most importantly find new depths of peace within.
Yogic tools and techniques will be explored in class including pranayama, bandha, and mudra. Open to everyone and every body, both new and seasoned practitioners alike can find joy in the practice, all that’s needed is listening to the sensations of the body and the willingness to play and explore.
